MOBILI

MOBILI is an initiative launched by the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB) to select, promote and market, outstanding designs, designers and furniture products at international level. We want to create a portfolio of new exciting designs that have an international market appeal and can be manufactured and marketed by Malaysian furniture manufacturers.

PDP

MTIB envisioned the Professional Designers Programme (PDP) which is fully supported by our Ministry of Plantations and Commodities, Malaysia and funded by MTIB under the 10^th Malaysian Plan, as a sub-project of Furniture Design Development Project. MTIB envisages to take research in furniture design to the next level that is through the development of design with the Professional Designers and the Malaysian furniture Manufacturers.

FDM

A programme for young designers and fresh graduates that offers industrial skill training and knowledge in furniture design to enhance employability in the wood-based industry.
